From there, we recreated my resume and my LinkedIn profile to best promote my value and experience.
Once I had identified an attractive opportunity, Mike spent hours with me doing interview prep. His patient guidance helped build my confidence, especially when it came to answering those open-ended behavioral interview questions. And when the perfect opportunity finally opened up at Google, I was ready for it.
