My client was 5 years out of undergrad. His first financial services job was really getting boring.
Problem is when you work in back office, people label you as “back office“.
I don’t accept labels, and neither do my clients.
HOWEVER…How do get my client out of that stuck mindset?
I enrolled him in my Job Accelerator Program where I first focused attention on discussing where he really wanted to take his career.
Coming from 15 years on the Street, I knew what he wanted; so we discussed all his options.
We brought out his middle office skills that he had developed over the past 5 years.
He landed in the middle office, on the way to the top!
